Passes may be deferred to 2021 up until to 48-hours before the start of the event (Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at the end of the day).
In order to transfer a pass to another dancer, please email us at lolliesandlemonade@gmail.com with your name and the name of the person you are transferring the pass to. Any dancer receiving a transferred pass must apply for their own housing.
Safe Space Policy
Our organization is dedicated to providing an exciting and fun dance experience for attendees to all of our events. Our organization is welcome to all, regardless of gender/gender identity, race, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, religion, or any other potentially segregating criteria.
At all of our events, we insist that all attendees, faculty, officers, staff, instructors, and volunteers adhere to the safe space policy rules outlined below.
Safe Space Rules
- Dance in a manner that the person you are dancing with is comfortable with. The “right” way to dance is in a way that both partners are comfortable, regardless of what else is taught or who dances in a different way.
- Be respectful to all people. Do not use misogynist, misandrist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, racist, or other prejudiced language.
- Do not harass anyone at our events. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of workshops or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
- Do not make any unwanted physical or sexual advances. No exceptions, no excuses!
The event reserves the right to take any action which it, in its sole judgement deems appropriate in response to reports of abuse, harassment, threats, hazardous situations, or other inappropriate behavior (whether or not listed in this document), including but not limited to: verbal warnings, expulsion from the event, expulsion from the club, banning from future events, contacting of local law enforcement, and/ or contacting of Auburn University. Please take a moment to review the rules listed above before attending our events in order to ensure understanding and prevent unfortunate events from occurring. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from Lollies and Lemonade without refund at the discretion of the organizers.
Auburn University reserves the right to enforce action upon any situations that involve Auburn University students, especially in compliance with US Department of Education Policy (including Title IX of the Higher Education Amendments of 1972) independent of any action by AUSDA.
We care about your safety and well-being greatly.
